FAQ
Will the adhesive damage my wall?
No, VALOR Peak uses 3M Command Strips, which can be removed without residue on smooth surfaces.
Important: To avoid wall damage, always pull the tab downward (not outward) when removing the strip. Improper removal may cause paint peeling or surface marks.
Can I switch between boxed and unboxed display?
Yes! VALOR Glide's modular switchable base makes swapping between boxed and unboxed figures simple, just snap and slide!
How long does the Glow-in-the-dark effect last
The glow time depends on the type of light exposure:
-LED Light: 30 min = 5 min of glow
-UV Light: 1 min = 5 min of glow (brightest effect)
Tip: Use UV light for a stronger glow. Avoid direct sunlight as it provides weaker glow effects and prolonged exposure may damage your collectibles.
Does it work for other collectibles?
Yes! Besides POP figures and action figures, it fits:
-POP Mart figures: 2.4” - 5.9” (6-15 cm)
-Nendoroids: 3.9” (10 cm), max weight 5.3 oz (150 g)
-Any figure that fits onto our round base (2.5” (63mm) diameter) and weighs below 7 oz (200 g)
Does it work for larger collectibles?
For larger or heavier figures, check their base size and weight to ensure a secure display.
Is VALOR Glide difficult to install?
Not at all! It comes with all necessary, screws, anchors and a step-by-step user manual for a secure setup.
Do I need to know soldering to install the LED strips?
Absolutely not! Installation is plug-and-play. Each set includes three pre-cut LED strips, each measuring 3.2ft (1M), for a total length of 9.8ft (3M). No soldering, cutting, or complex setup required. We also include LED strip holders to keep everything neat and secure.
What lengths of LED strips are available? Can I modify them?
We currently offer one standard size: a set of three pre-cut LED strips, each 3.2ft (1M) long.
We do not recommend modifying the strips, as improper handling can permanently damage the entire LED strip.
How do I power the LED light strips?
Powering is easy! Simply connect the LED strip plug to a USB-A or USB-C adapter (not included) with a maximum output of 2.1A.
You can also use a portable power bank with the same 2.1A output limit. No special power source is needed.
